Who are We?

We are the Madison Citizens for Community Character.  We are Madison residents, some long-time inhabitants and some on the newer side.  We were formed as, but not limited to, representatives of several homeowner and neighborhood associations in direct response to the threat of the proposed HEDS amendment in the Spring of 2007.  We care about the quality of life in Madison and feel passionately about preserving the aspects of Madison that make it such a great place to live.  We are committed to standing up as advocates for the preservation of our town's character through community action.
